Hotel Star, Milan

I felt like I was in a tunnel without natural light in the room, but the service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lack of air conditioning and key card was a downside, but the staff made up for it with their warmth. The constant sound of the railway was a bit disruptive, but the service staff's kindness shone through.

The hotel's rooms were a bit of a mixed bag with a heavy smoke smell they tried to cover with stunning artwork. Nevertheless, the decoration was lovely with a real oil painting on the wall, giving the room a unique touch like a tunnel.

The dining experience exceeded expectations with a variety of delicious options, and the location is unbeatable for exploring the historic center of Milan.
